Joe Sharkey was one of sevener people aboard an Embraer Gift mercantilism jet embroiled in the cast of Gol Transportes Aéreos Steps 1907, using a Boeing 737-800, on Sept 29, 2006. The confidential jet destroyed a formation tip and share of its back, but landed safely in a Brazilian soldierly air understructure located in the River camp. The Embraer Legacy jet was owned and operated by ExcelAire Operate Inc., a charter troupe headquartered in Ronkonkoma, New York. All 148 passengers and six gang members aboard the Gol Airlines Steps 1907 perished. The Inheritance jet was on its fille aviation from Embraer's office in São José dos Campos, adjacent São Paulo, to the Consolidated States. Sharkey was on a worker prowess. Sharkey said the Gift jet stable after the evident striking, until it landed at the Missioner do Cachimbo airbase in the propose of Pará. In a New York Present face diplomatist article named "Colliding With Death at 37,000 Feet, and Living"filed on October 1, 2006, Sharkey reported.
